Bacancy Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. This is a hands-on, individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for developers who enjoy problem-solving, writing clean and efficient code, and working in dynamic, collaborative environments.

As part of the team, you will work on enterprise-grade applications for a variety of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system architecture and design. You will also have opportunities to explore cloud technologies, modern frontend frameworks, and DevOps practices while ensuring high scalability, performance, and security of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Spring Security, and Microservices.
• Work with frontend frameworks like Angular (v6 and above), with exposure to NodeJS or Golang being a plus.
• Integrate solutions with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and project planning.
• Follow best coding practices and design patterns for maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature design and delivery.
• Work with DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and branching strategies.
• Build user interfaces using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and modern web technologies.
• Write unit tests using JUnit5, Mockito, or similar testing tools.
• Work with databases like MSSQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
• Contribute to an Agile environment with frequent releases and iterative development cycles.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements;

• Ability to work independently in a hands-on coding role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor others.
